Uploaded files and generated results
Billing and transaction data
Usage, device, and log data
Cookies and similar technologies
Where analytics is enabled by your regional settings or your choice, we use PostHog for pseudonymous page and product-event analytics and Microsoft Clarity for masked page journeys and session recordings. These tools receive coarse steps such as pricing views, checkout starts, and checkout returns. PostHog session recording and advertising storage remain disabled.
For signed-in accounts, we also record a limited set of pseudonymous server-side events after the corresponding database operation succeeds. These events cover account creation, successful image processing, verified payment completion, subscription renewal, and subscription status changes. Payment events may include the plan category, billing interval, currency, and amount in minor currency units, but do not include an order number, external transaction ID, payment account, or payment method. Daily business snapshots contain only aggregate counts and totals and do not identify individual accounts.
The upload and result workspace is explicitly masked in Clarity. Uploaded images, processed images, filenames, account contact details, payment identifiers, payment-method details, and form-field contents are not sent as readable analytics or session-recording content. PostHog uses a product-scoped pseudonymous account identifier for signed-in activity and receives no email, name, image, file, prompt, result, or transaction identifier. Coarse event names let us identify where a workflow stops without receiving the underlying image or transaction content. Visitors can change browser analytics and session-recording choices through “Analytics choices” in the site footer. The limited server-side account and business events do not rely on browser storage or session recording.
