Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Airemovewatermark (airemovewatermark.net). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Airemovewatermark is an independent AI-powered image cleanup product that helps users remove watermarks and unwanted overlays from images. The service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, and payment providers. Airemovewatermark is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model provider unless explicitly stated.

Accounts

You may need an account to access some features. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

User Content and Rights

You retain rights to content you upload, but you represent and warrant that:

you own the content or have permission to use and process it
your use of the service does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, or intellectual property right
you will not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit uploaded content only as needed to operate the service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Airemovewatermark to:

process content you do not have permission to use
violate laws, court orders, sanctions, or regulations
infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights
process illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent content
interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe security, or abuse the API

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Pricing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Airemovewatermark offers one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Published pricing, credit amounts, and plan details are shown on the pricing page and may change in the future.

One credit is used for one successfully created image processing task
Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled
One-time credits do not create a recurring charge
Subscription credits follow the rules disclosed on the pricing page and in your account

Cancellation

You can cancel an active subscription from your account billing settings. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Refunds

Refund decisions are governed by our Refund Policy. To request help with a billing issue or refund review, contact contact@airemovewatermark.net. We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or successful results for every image.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airemovewatermark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
