Purpose

Airemovewatermark provides image cleanup tools for lawful and authorized use. You are responsible for the content you upload and for your use of the service.

Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, store, and download each image you submit.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Airemovewatermark to process or distribute content that:

  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • violates privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights
  • is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate others
  • contains child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation content
  • contains NSFW, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
  • promotes hate, harassment, violence, or terrorism
  • is used to facilitate scams, abuse, or unlawful evasion

You may only upload or process images, logos, overlays, and other materials that you own or are explicitly authorized to edit, clean up, or remove watermarks from. Do not use the service on third-party content without permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • upload content you are not authorized to use
  • use the service for mass abuse, scraping, or system overload
  • probe, break, or bypass service security measures
  • use automated means to disrupt the platform or other users
  • resell or misuse the service in violation of our Terms

If you believe content or account activity violates rights or this policy, contact contact@airemovewatermark.net with enough detail for us to investigate.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, or take other appropriate action when we detect violations of this policy, our Terms, or applicable law.
